A Template for Transparency and Engagement at Work180

Setting a new standard for employer profiles on Work180, this project, led by Antonio in his capacity as Senior UX Designer, focused on redesigning the template used by Endorsed Employers to create their profiles, thus enhancing the communication of organisational standards to women.

Grounded in extensive user research, Antonio and his team developed a design approach that enables women to effortlessly discover and assess employer commitments, significantly enhancing user engagement and interaction.
